CANALI informs You, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 8/2005 of the Macao Special Administrative Region (the Personal Data Protection Act, the "PDPA") and any other applicable law, about the processing of Your personal data collected in CANALI boutiques, through the CANALI website, through the customer relationship management systems, the applications used by our sales staff and the other digital tools used to manage and personalise the customer experience.

根據澳門特別行政區第8/2005號法律《個人資料保護法》（下稱「個人資料保護法」）第10條及其他適用法律，CANALI特此告知您有關在CANALI精品店、透過CANALI網站、客戶關係管理系統、銷售人員使用的應用程式以及其他用以管理及個人化客戶體驗的數碼工具所收集的您的個人資料的處理情況。

The entities responsible for the processing ("responsável pelo tratamento") of Your personal data are:

● Canali Macau Sociedade Unipessoal Limitada, with registered office at 4/F Centro Comercial Talento, Avenida da Praia Grande 815, Macao; and

In this Notice these entities are referred to jointly as "CANALI".

Requests concerning Your personal data, including requests for access and rectification, may be addressed in writing to Canali Macau Sociedade Unipessoal Limitada at the address indicated in section 1 above, or by e-mail to privacy@canali.it. CANALI has also appointed a data protection officer, who may be contacted at dpo@canali.it.

The supervisory authority in the Macao SAR is the Personal Data Protection Bureau (Direcção dos Serviços da Protecção de Dados Pessoais), Avenida da Praia Grande No. 804, Edifício China Plaza, 17/F, Macao (www.dspdp.gov.mo), to which You may submit a complaint under the PDPA.

Browsing data, that is, personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols: IP addresses of the devices used to connect to the website, domain names, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

No cookies are used while browsing the CANALI website for the transmission of personal information.

Communications may be personalised on the basis of Your previous interactions with CANALI and may be prepared or translated with the support of automated systems and artificial intelligence. Where personalisation uses information processed for the purpose of analysing preferences, it will take place only if You have also given Your consent for that purpose.

Analysis of information relating to Your purchases, boutique visits, preferences and requirements communicated, interactions with CANALI and online behaviour, in order to understand Your interests and shopping habits, improve our service and personalise subsequent interactions and communications, including through participation in exclusive programmes and events.

Carrying out statistical analyses in order to improve CANALI's services and products, and sending and processing customer satisfaction surveys or market research by mail, e-mail, telephone or text message (including instant messaging). Data may initially be processed in personal or pseudonymised form; the results of the analyses are, where possible, produced in aggregate form and are not directly attributable to the individual customer.

CANALI processes Your personal data on the bases set out in Article 6 of the PDPA, as indicated below for each purpose.

● Contractual purposes (section 3.a): the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which You are a party and for pre-contractual steps taken at Your request, and for compliance with the legal obligations to which CANALI is subject, including those arising from commercial, accounting and tax legislation.

● Browsing on the website (section 3.b): the processing is necessary for the pursuit of CANALI's legitimate interest in monitoring the proper functioning of the website and the security of its systems, it being understood that Your interests, rights, freedoms and guarantees do not prevail. Such data may also be used by the competent public security authorities to establish liability in the event of computer crimes against the website.

You may object to such processing at any time, as set out in sections 9 and 11 below.

Your personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, as follows.

● Contractual purposes: for the time necessary for the performance of the contract or for the provision of statutory or contractual guarantees and, following termination of the contract, for no longer than ten years. Books, correspondence, documents and supporting records relating to the business are retained for five years from the last entry in the books, in accordance with Article 49 of the Commercial Code of Macao, and in any event for the period necessary for tax purposes.

The withdrawal of Your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal. Once the retention period has elapsed, documents and records are destroyed in a manner that does not permit their subsequent reading or reconstitution.

6.2 Transfer of personal data outside the Macao SAR

Your personal data is uploaded to CANALI's customer relationship management system, which is hosted on servers located in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, the Hong Kong SAR and the Macao SAR, and is accessible to the following companies of the CANALI group: Canali S.p.A. a socio unico, Canali Retail France, Canali Retail UK Ltd, Canali USA Inc, Canali Madison LLC, Canali Beverly Hills LLC, Canali Shanghai Co. Ltd, Canali Macau Ltd and Canali Far East Ltd.

您的個人資料會載入CANALI的客戶關係管理系統，該系統寄存於位於意大利、法國、英國、美利堅合眾國、中華人民共和國內地、香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區的伺服器，並可供以下CANALI集團公司查閱：Canali S.p.A. a socio unico、Canali Retail France、Canali Retail UK Ltd、Canali USA Inc、Canali Madison LLC、Canali Beverly Hills LLC、Canali Shanghai Co. Ltd、Canali Macau Ltd及Canali Far East Ltd。

These transfers of personal data to a place outside the Macao SAR are carried out in accordance with Articles 19 and 20 of the PDPA, on the basis that the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between You and CANALI and for the taking of pre-contractual steps at Your request and, where applicable, on the basis of Your unambiguous consent.

Persons with whom CANALI shares Your personal data may be located outside the Macao SAR, which may mean that Your personal data is not protected to a level similar to that afforded in the Macao SAR. CANALI requires such persons to comply with obligations of confidentiality and security corresponding to those set out in this Notice.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in our forms are compulsory. The provision of the remaining data is optional, and a refusal to provide it will have no consequence other than the one indicated below for each purpose.

● Contractual purposes: the provision of Your identifying data is optional; both at CANALI boutiques and on the CANALI website You may complete the purchase of CANALI products with or without providing such data. The provision of Your contact data is optional if You wish to complete the purchase at a CANALI boutique, unless You request the shipment of the products to an address in the Macao SAR, and is necessary if You wish to complete the purchase on the CANALI website; in that case, a refusal to provide such data may make it impossible for CANALI to provide the service You have requested. The provision of Your accounting data is optional if You do not wish to receive an invoice, and is necessary if You request one.

● Browsing on the website: the provision of Your browsing data is automatic, and therefore necessary, when You browse the CANALI website.

You may exercise Your right to object at any time. Once You have received a customer satisfaction survey, You remain free to decide whether or not to complete it.

Where You provide Your personal data through the CANALI website or through other open networks, please note that Your personal data may circulate on the network without security conditions, and may therefore be seen and used by unauthorised third parties.

當您透過CANALI網站或其他開放網絡提供您的個人資料時，請注意您的個人資料可能在網絡上於欠缺安全條件的情況下傳送，因而有可能被未經授權的第三方查閱及使用。

CANALI adopts the technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect Your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and against any other form of unlawful processing, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network.

Under Articles 11, 12 and 13 of the PDPA You have the right to obtain from CANALI, freely and without restriction, at reasonable intervals and without excessive delay or expense:

● confirmation as to whether personal data concerning You is processed, and information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is communicated;

● communication, in intelligible form, of the data undergoing processing and of any available information as to its origin;

● knowledge of the logic involved in any automated processing of data concerning You; and

● the rectification, erasure or blocking of data the processing of which does not comply with the PDPA, in particular because of the incomplete or inaccurate nature of that data.

You also have the right to object at any time, on compelling and legitimate grounds relating to Your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning You; where the objection is justified, the processing may no longer involve that data. You have in addition the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes as set out in section 11 below, and the right not to be subject to a decision which produces legal effects concerning You or significantly affects You and which is based solely on automated processing of data intended to evaluate certain aspects of Your personality.

Where You have given Your consent, You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal. Under Article 14 of the PDPA, You are entitled to compensation for any damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

You may also submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Bureau of the Macao SAR, whose details are set out in section 2 above.

In order to allow CANALI to verify Your identity, please provide with Your request a copy of Your passport or identity document and a valid e-mail address at which You may be contacted. Where the request is submitted through a third party, it must also be accompanied by a copy of the mandate received from the data subject. Such data is processed for the sole purpose of verifying Your identity and handling Your request, and is retained only for the time strictly necessary for that purpose. CANALI will respond to Your request without excessive delay and, in any event, will endeavour to do so within thirty days of its receipt.

The processing described in sections 3.c (newsletters), 3.d (marketing), 3.e (analysis of preferences) and 3.h (communications on similar products) involves direct marketing. Newsletters addressed to customers of the CANALI boutiques in the Macao SAR are sent by CANALI S.p.A. on behalf of those boutiques. CANALI does not communicate Your personal data to other companies of the CANALI group for their own direct marketing.

Under Article 12(2) of the PDPA, You have the right to object, on request and free of charge, at any time and without giving reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning You for the purposes of direct marketing or any other form of commercial canvassing. You may exercise this right through any of the channels indicated in section 10 above; CANALI will cease such processing without charge and will record Your objection so that it is complied with by CANALI and by any party acting on its behalf.

Before Your personal data is communicated for the first time to third parties for the purposes of direct marketing, or used on behalf of third parties for such purposes, CANALI will inform You and will expressly offer You the right to object, free of charge, to such communication or use.

Persons under the age of 18 must not use CANALI's online services or provide their personal data through the CANALI website. CANALI will assist parents and legal guardians with any request concerning the personal data of persons under the age of 18, in accordance with the applicable law.
